新疆越新枣业有限公司成立于2008年，坐落于阿克苏地区新和县工业园区。起先公司专注于干枣类的制造，自营自销骏枣、灰枣，并曾经涉足其他干果类（核桃，杏干）。从2010年起，公司开始制造枣酒，已经在当地打开销路，并取得良好的市场反响。本公司的枣酒是由原枣发酵而来的，是新疆地区个掌握该技术的厂家。从2011年起，公司逐步缩小自营自销的干枣类产品的规模，把精力转向鲜枣烘焙的代加工服务。同时也在新疆地区加大酒类的推广。总经理许尚苏。
